Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing LCH Artistry & Esthetics for your beauty needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below. 1. Booking Requests and Confirmation Once a booking request is submitted, you will receive an email notifying you of the status. If your request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent with an attached invoice and payment instructions. If we’re unable to accommodate the request, you’ll receive a notification via email. 2. Deposit and Payment A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied to your total service cost. Balance is due on the day of service or as specified in the payment instructions provided in your confirmation email. Unpaid invoices within the timeline stated in the invoice will result in the cancellation of your booking. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Client-Initiated Cancellations: Please notify us at least 72 hrs before your appointment
